介绍一个好工具:韦斯伯德六个盒子。六个盒子是一种简单而实用的组织诊断工具,从组织内部视角,不断检视业务实现的过程,帮助我们"盘点现状"、"打开未来",以及搭建起现实与未来的桥梁,告诉我们组织发生了什么,什么是组织当下最需要突破的。

This lecture intends to introduce a useful tool: six boxes of Wesburd. Six Boxes is a simple and practical diagnostic tool for organizations. From an internal perspective, it constantly reviews the process of business implementation, helps us "review the status quo", "open up the future", and builds a bridge between reality and the future, telling us what has happened to the organization and what the organization needs to undergo the most needed breakthrough at present.



六个盒子将用于:

  • HR与业务负责人沟通时,作为介入业务的赋能工具;
  • HR与业务团队进行组织诊断时,作为达成团队共识的工具;
  • HR与业务团队进行沟通时,作为一套开启组织状态的沟通语言。

Six Boxes will be used for:

  • communications between HR and the business leaders, acting as an enabling tool to empower people in business;
  • organizational diagnosis that HR has with business team, acting as a tool to achieve team consensus.
  • communications between HR and the business team, acting as a set of communication language to launch the organizational status.
