Designated representatives of corporate members receive all AmCham South China benefits and services, including participation in the AmCham South China Business Visa Referral Program. The designated representative of each U.S. corporation holds voting rights and is eligible to run for position on the AmCham South China Board of Governors. Each U.S. corporation is entitled to one vote. Designated representatives of non-u.s. companies do not hold voting rights and are not eligible for elected service on the Board of Governors.
